Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using VelnoxOption (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by notification.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Platform, particularly the real-money wallet.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using an options/derivatives trading platform is lawful in your country or region before registering. We do not knowingly permit access from jurisdictions where such services are prohibited.

You may only maintain one account per person. Accounts found to be duplicated, shared, or opened under false information may be suspended or terminated.

Every new account receives a free demo balance for practice purposes only. Demo balances, demo trade outcomes, and any figures generated in demo mode have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real money.

Real-money trading requires identity verification (KYC) to be approved before you may deposit, trade, or withdraw. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time and to restrict real-money features until verification is complete.

Real-money trades settle exclusively against genuine, unmanipulated live market prices for the supported crypto assets. Admin-controlled or synthetic pricing is used only for demo-mode assets and is clearly not applied to real-money settlement.

Real-wallet deposits are currently processed via UPI. To submit a top-up you must provide a valid payment screenshot and transaction reference (UTR) number. Top-ups are manually reviewed and must be approved by an administrator before funds are credited; we may reject a top-up request if the submitted proof cannot be verified against the receiving account's bank records.

Processing times for top-up review are not guaranteed and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment rails.

We reserve the right to request further verification before processing a withdrawal, and to decline transactions that appear fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

Trading binary/digital options and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire invested amount. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

Past performance, demo-mode results, and any bot or copy-trading track record are not reliable indicators of future results. Market conditions can change rapidly and without notice.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any trade, copied trade, or bot subscription and for your own trading decisions.

The copy-trading feature lets you open a new position that mirrors the direction and asset of another user's published trade, at the live market price and full expiry duration at the moment you copy it — not the original trader's entry price or remaining time.

Published trades and the traders who publish them are not vetted, endorsed, or guaranteed by VelnoxOption. Copying a trade is a new, independent trading decision made entirely at your own risk.

Bots execute a defined, rules-based strategy (for example RSI threshold, moving-average crossover, or martingale position sizing) against genuine market outcomes. Bots do not guarantee profit, and no bot is configured with a fixed or artificial win rate.

Your first bot subscription on the Platform is offered as a free trial; subsequent subscriptions are billed to your real wallet at the price shown at the time of subscription for a 30-day term. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless stated otherwise in-app; you may cancel an active subscription at any time, effective from your next billing period.

Registered users may share a personal referral code. A referral bonus is credited to the referring user's real wallet once the referred user's KYC verification is approved by an administrator. Bonus amounts are set by VelnoxOption and may change at any time for future referrals.

Abuse of the referral program — including self-referral, fake accounts, or coordinated fraud to generate bonuses — will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may lead to account suspension.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate prices, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Platform's operation; (c) use automated scripts to interact with the Platform outside of the provided bot feature; (d) misrepresent your identity or provide fraudulent verification documents; or (e) circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required by law or regulation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding real-wallet balances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our verification procedures.

All content, branding, software, and design on the Platform are owned by VelnoxOption or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VelnoxOption and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or third-party payment processing delays.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VelnoxOption operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team.
