By creating an account, accessing, or using VelnoxOption (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be old enough to consent to our Privacy Policy under the laws of your country to create an account. If local law sets a higher minimum age for using an app like this, that higher age applies.

You may only maintain one account per person. Accounts found to be duplicated, shared, or opened under false information may be suspended or terminated.

You agree not to: use automated scripts or bots to interact with the App outside of any features we explicitly provide for that purpose; attempt to exploit bugs or manipulate the App's simulated pricing; misrepresent your identity; or interfere with the App's security or normal operation.

We may suspend or terminate an account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

All content, branding, software, and design in the App are owned by VelnoxOption or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VelnoxOption operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team.
